General Laborer - Room to Grow + Shift Differential Pay

About the role

JMS Turning Point Division is seeking Day and Night Shift General Laborers for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, PA. These are full-time positions with competitive salary and benefits. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep walkways and catwalks clear of debris
• Hose and shovel coal/coal dust in prep plant, transfer buildings, and silos
• General labor and maintenance work where needed
• MSHA Surface Papers required (training provided)

Schedule

• Tuesday night through Saturday morning or Saturday night through Wednesday morning
• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 4 on / 3 off (10-hour days)
• Night shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 4 on / 3 off (10-hour days)
• Overtime available
• Full-time hours

Pay

• $22–23.00 per hour
• $1.00/hour raise after 90 days (pending performance review)

Requirements

• MSHA Surface Training and site tour (will be provided)
• Ability to work full shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must pass background check, drug and alcohol testing, and hair follicle test
