The Role
As a General Laborer, you'll play an important role in supporting daily composting, production, and site operations. You'll assist with material handling, site maintenance, equipment cleanup, housekeeping, and supporting production personnel throughout the facility. This is a physically active position where reliability, teamwork, safety, and a strong work ethic are critical to success.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work safely in an outdoor industrial environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, and climbing
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push, pull, and maneuver materials and equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work around dust, dirt, mud, noise, moving equipment, and strong odors
- Ability to wear required PPE at all times
