General Laborer - $20/HR (1st shift)

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, sanitize, and prepare hoses for customer use and return.
• Remove debris and ensure all hoses are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to company standards.
• Safely handle, move, stretch, and transport hoses weighing more than 50 lbs.
• Inspect hoses for issues and identify, report, and assist in resolving maintenance or operational concerns.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Keep aisles, tools, and equipment properly maintained and stored.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Maintain mobility throughout all areas of a multi-level production facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education equivalent (GED) preferred.
• 1–3 years of general work experience required.
• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills required.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment and hoses weighing over 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
