General Laborer

DUCTZ is an international brand and a trusted HVAC cleaning company serving customers across the nation. With locations spanning coast-to-coast, we clean and restore HVAC systems to improve indoor air quality for families and businesses.

About the role

Full-time, year-round position as an air duct cleaning technician. No experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training in this trade.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restore ductwork, HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils
• Install dryer vent items, UV-C components, and flexible duct work
• Manage customer relations and assure quality customer service
• Present knowledge and trustworthiness to the customer
• Inspect own work at customer locations to ensure it is complete, thorough, and meets DUCTZ quality standards and customer expectations
• Properly use and maintain the DUCTZ service vehicle, supplies, and equipment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a technical hands-on field (HVAC, restoration, construction, or other skilled trades is ideal)
• Good relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work in high areas or confined spaces
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must drive in compliance with company vehicle policy
• Must be bondable and insurable under company insurance

Pay

$15.00 - $23.00 per hour
