General Laborer

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (occasional weekends)

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean uniforms
• Collect dirty uniforms
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete daily objectives efficiently and on schedule
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation (the bus line does not go to Grand Island, NY – you WILL NEED transportation)
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, pushing/pulling heavy objects, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lb
• Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with appropriate staff
• Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
• Ability to follow directions from a supervisor
• Good communication skills and work well within a team environment
• Professionalism
