Schedule

• Moves and secures lumber products and other materials according to instructions
• Builds and assembles wood pallets with automated machines and nail guns
• Operates various machines and saws and stacks lumber
• Repairs pallets
• Sorts wood materials and pallets, ensuring quality meets customer needs
• Stacks finished products according to predetermined bundle sizes and/or customer requirements
• Limits: applies individual tags to material based on type, size, and count
• Limits: Uses a staple gun and troubleshoots equipment
• Limits: Bands, bundles, and secures material, including attaching corner protectors and loading sticks
• Limits: Ensures correct quantities and material are strapped, and labeled before leaving the work area
• Limits: Maintains accurate inventory of tags and reports any problems or discrepancies to supervisor
• Limits: Records production on production sheets
• Limits: Maintains a clean and organized work area
• Limits: Assists with other work areas by moving material, loading and unloading material carts
• Limits: Participates in safety, CI and other programs and meetings
• Limits: Performs other duties as required

High school diploma/GED preferred but not required. No minimum experience is required, but manufacturing or lumber experience is preferred. Working knowledge of basic math preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $22 per hour* pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living

Bonus/Incentive Pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.

Schedule

Nightshift: Monday - Thursday 12:45pm - 11:15pm
