Responsibilities

• Assembly Operators: Assemble component parts following a predefined order and process, including selecting, manipulating, attaching parts, lifting, and using power or hand tools.
• Loaders/Unloaders: Load and unload parts on paint lines, set up lines for hanging parts, pack parts according to customer specifications, and inspect parts for defects before and after painting.
• Finessers: Inspect parts for compliance with customer specifications, perform repairs such as scratch repair and buffing/polishing, complete daily paperwork, and maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas.

Qualifications

• Willingness to rotate through different jobs.
• Able to maintain an acceptable work pace throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, reach, twist, and stand for extended periods (90%), and walk (10%).
• Maintain high standards of product quality.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to learn new skills and behaviors.
• Must be able to read, write, and perform physical tasks such as bending, carrying, inspecting, stooping, reaching, twisting, and standing intermittently.
• Capable of working a 40-hour schedule, plus mandatory overtime and possible weekends, as needed based on production requirements.
