General Labor - Bindery

Schumann Printers, Inc., located in Fall River, Wisconsin, is one of the nation's leading commercial printing, binding, and mailing service companies. Our family-owned and operated facility is seeking General Labor for our bindery as Pocket Feeders and Inspectors.

About the role

No experience necessary—we provide paid on-the-job training. Uniforms are provided, and the work environment is temperature-controlled.

Responsibilities

• Operate bindery equipment as a Pocket Feeder or Inspector
• Perform general labor tasks in a high-volume production setting

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace

Schedule

• Full-time, 2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 2 pm–10 pm
• Some overtime as needed

Pay

Regular wage increases at performance milestones.
