Responsibilities

• Packaging of can products in a timely and safe manner, maintaining high quality standards
• Communicate with the Can Packaging Operator or Can Packaging Lead on any quality or safety concerns
• Assist Can Packaging Operator in controlling code dates, expiration dates, labels, stickers, and any item unique to product specifications
• Assist Can Packaging Operator in controlling product quality, contamination, weight control, and line efficiency
• Complete general cleaning of production areas during changeovers
• Perform all sanitation duties needed at the line
• All other duties as assigned

• General mathematical ability
• Self-motivation
• Ability to learn, memorize, and execute a sequence of procedures
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Willing and able to get along with others
• Good judgment and reasoning abilities
• Basic leadership skills

$18.84 per hour + 6% shift differential
