General Labor
About the role
This is a full-time, hourly general labor position on the 3rd shift (11pm-7am) at the White Bear Lake Box Facility located at 1699 9th St, White Bear Lake, MN 55110. Pay rate is $24.72 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- Safely operate machinery
- Read factory orders
- Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other testing equipment
- Perform consistent quality and count inspection of finished product
- Maintain housekeeping by blowing down machinery, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding scrap
- Complete quality and administrative document checks with accuracy to ensure specific directions are followed
- Work overtime as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Ability to work with a safety-first mindset and actively participate in our safety culture
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a stable work history
- Previous work in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to perform basic math
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work well with others
