General Labor

HotFoot Recruiters is seeking General Laborers to support exhaust and electrical technicians inside an active semiconductor fab in North Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for candidates with prior cleanroom, fab, construction, or industrial experience who are comfortable wearing full PPE and assisting skilled technicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist exhaust and electrical technicians with daily installation and construction activities.
• Move, stage, organize, and deliver tools, materials, and equipment throughout assigned work areas.
• Support technicians with basic setup, cleanup, and general labor tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
• Follow cleanroom procedures, gowning requirements, and contamination-control standards.
• Wear all required PPE while working inside the fab.
• Assist with material handling, housekeeping, and debris removal.
• Follow supervisor instructions and support changing project priorities.
• Comply with OSHA, client, contractor, and site-specific safety requirements.
• Perform additional helper and general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior cleanroom, semiconductor fab, construction, manufacturing, or industrial experience required.
• Previous experience working in full PPE required.
• Comfortable supporting exhaust, electrical, mechanical, or construction technicians.
• Able to follow cleanroom procedures and strict site-safety requirements.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Able to lift and carry materials and equipment as required.
• Strong attendance, reliability, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must meet all semiconductor site-access and badging requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay

$25/hr
