About the role

Every summer, Academy Camps hires 40+ staff to deliver their camp program to hundreds of dedicated athletes. These jobs are typically posted between August and October of the year preceding camp (about 9-10 months before your start date).

Responsibilities

• Gain valuable coaching experience while developing meaningful relationships with dedicated athletes both on and off the field.
• Build an international network of coaches, educators, and sports professionals across a variety of sports and disciplines.
• Learn from experienced Sports Directors and, for directors, mentor and develop less experienced coaches.
• Enjoy structured time off for rest and recharge.
• Access top-tier athletic facilities, staff-only lounges, and a fully equipped fitness center.
• Engage in evening staff games, social events, and trips to town for a balanced and enjoyable summer.
• Receive pre-season training and ongoing support to ensure a successful and rewarding experience.
