Requirements
- DDS/DMD degree
- Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Arizona
- Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs
- Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
- Access to minimum protected health information (PHI) necessary for job‑related functions; regular HIPAA training required; must protect PHI and maintain data safeguards
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year
- Tuberculosis (TB) test required prior to starting employment (not applicable in FL & TN)
