Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Arizona.
• Dedication to excellence and continuous learning.
• Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when necessary.
