About the Role

• Lead a practice with full clinical autonomy and support from Heartland Dental.
• Collaborate with an 18-person team focused on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive and communicative work culture.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology, including an iTero Scanner, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI.
• Work a Tuesday through Friday schedule.

Requirements

• Education: DDS or DMD degree with an active, unrestricted Arizona license.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience.
• Commitment: Passion for patient-centered care and continuous learning.
• Credentialing: Willingness to become credentialed with dental insurance plans.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds.
  • Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training.
