What We’re Looking For
- DDS/DMD Degree
- Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Arizona
- Dedication to Excellence

TB Testing
Tuberculosis (TB) testing is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
