What You'll Do

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality dental care focused on long-term patient health and exceptional clinical outcomes.
• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient education and informed decision-making.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships through compassionate communication and outstanding patient care.
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and specialists to provide seamless, comprehensive treatment.
• Lead and mentor your clinical team while fostering a positive, collaborative, patient-first culture.
• Utilize digital technology and evidence-based dentistry to provide efficient, predictable care.
• Maintain the highest standards of ethics, patient safety, compliance, and clinical excellence.

Who You Are

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Wisconsin dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and building lasting relationships.

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-1

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose - kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team - delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Earn up to $300,000+ per year
