General Dentist
Overview
At Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds—the clinical freedom and relationships of a private practice with the stability, resources, and support of a respected national organization. We're looking for a patient-centered General Dentist to join our growing Eau Claire market, where you'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with your patients, collaborate with experienced clinical teams, and practice dentistry with the autonomy you deserve. Whether you're an experienced provider or an early-career dentist looking for mentorship, you'll find a culture that encourages growth, innovation, and clinical excellence.
Why You'll Love This Opportunity
- Clinical autonomy. Practice dentistry your way with the support—not micromanagement—of an experienced leadership team.
- Grow beyond the basics. Complimentary continuing education in implants, endodontics, clear aligners, oral surgery, digital dentistry, and more helps you continually expand your clinical skillset.
- Collaborative doctor community. Connect with experienced colleagues, specialists, and mentors through quarterly clinical forums and ongoing peer support.
- State-of-the-art technology. Deliver exceptional care using modern equipment, digital workflows, and evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Focus on dentistry. Dedicated operations, recruiting, marketing, compliance, and administrative teams allow you to spend more time with patients and less time managing logistics.
- An exceptional clinical team. Work alongside talented hygienists and dental assistants who help you provide efficient, comprehensive care while creating an outstanding patient experience.
- Work-life balance. Enjoy a rewarding career with the flexibility and support to thrive both professionally and personally.
What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive, high-quality dental care focused on long-term patient health and exceptional clinical outcomes.
- Perform comprehensive exams, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient education and informed decision-making.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships through compassionate communication and outstanding patient care.
- Collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and specialists to provide seamless, comprehensive treatment.
- Lead and mentor your clinical team while fostering a positive, collaborative, patient-first culture.
- Utilize digital technology and evidence-based dentistry to provide efficient, predictable care.
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics, patient safety, compliance, and clinical excellence.
Who You Are
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Wisconsin dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and building lasting relationships.
- A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing a strong clinical team.
- Committed to lifelong learning and expanding your clinical expertise.
- Dedicated to creating healthy smiles while making a meaningful impact in your community.
