General Dentist

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled, patient-focused Dentist for a full-time opportunity in the western Wisconsin area, serving communities such as New Richmond, Somerset, and St. Croix Falls. This is an exciting chance for a dentist who wants strong earning potential and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients in a growing community.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Provide a full range of general dentistry services (restorative, preventive, and other procedures as needed)
• Review and interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic imaging
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to ensure an excellent patient experience

What We're Looking For

• Active WI Dental license (or license eligibility)
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Strong clinical skills and sound clinical judgment
• A warm, patient-centered chairside manner
• Reliable, collaborative, and adaptable
• New grads and experienced dentists both welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $500,000/year, based on production
