As a Heartland Supported Dentist, you will have full clinical autonomy while being supported by the resources and expertise of Heartland Dental, the nation’s largest Dental Support Organization. You will collaborate with a high‑performing eight‑person team that thrives on delivering exceptional patient care while fostering a supportive and communicative work culture.
The practice utilizes state‑of‑the‑art tools, including an iTero Scanner, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI, to provide advanced and efficient care for patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients.
- Utilize advanced technology such as iTero Scanner, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI for diagnosis and treatment.
- Collaborate with the eight‑person dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Maintain full clinical autonomy in treatment planning and patient management.
- Ensure a patient‑centered approach that builds trust and comfort.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
- Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Texas.
- Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.
- Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (required for dental office positions).
