About the role

Heartland Dental, the nation’s largest dental support organization, is seeking a General Dentist for a supported office in El Paso, TX. As a supported doctor you will retain full clinical autonomy, lead your practice, and deliver the highest quality dental care and patient experiences while benefiting from extensive non‑clinical administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.
• Lead a full clinical team consisting of a dental hygienist and dental assistant to deliver lifetime patient care.
• Maintain clinical autonomy and establish your own care philosophy.
• Participate in the Doctor Mastery Program to earn your FAGD and expand your service menu.
• Stay current with continuing education and elite clinical skills through Heartland Dental’s world‑class programs.
• Engage with mentors and networking opportunities for professional growth.
• Adhere to HIPAA training, protect PHI, and follow data safeguards.
• Complete required tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to start date.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Texas.
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs.
• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans.
• Willingness to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
• Physical ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods, and lift/carry up to 45 lb as needed.
