The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have 4+ years of experience outside of school/residency.

Our practice is located at Dental365 Stamford, 50 W Park Pl, Stamford, CT 06901.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.
• Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice.
• Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing.
• Clinical experience post-residency required.
• Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards.
• Keen interest in further training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Motivated by both financial success and the continuous growth of the practice.

All benefits are available at full-time employment (30+ hours weekly). Some benefits are available for part-time employees as well.

• Monday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Tuesday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Thursday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Pay

Salary range: $150,000 – $500,000 USD per year.
