Job Specifics
Join a team of 3 general cardiologists and 2 APPs, supported by the larger Cardiovascular Institute (CVI) group. The OSF Cardiovascular Service Line, headquartered in Peoria, IL, collaborates with 17 area hospitals and 9 clinics to offer comprehensive heart disease services.

Qualifications
- Education: Doctorate
- Licenses/Certifications: Physician licensed to practice medicine in current state, board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies), eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs, meets OSF's professional malpractice and liability coverage requirements, Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois license to prescribe narcotics, if applicable
