General Assembly

About the Role

We are hiring for a General Assembly position in our Bedford, PA manufacturing facility. Join us if you are interested in working in a fast-paced, financially sound, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Note: Satisfactory background check and negative drug screen required.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 6am - 2:30pm. Some overtime required.

Responsibilities

• Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures
• Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace
• Ensure finished work is neat, orderly, and repeatable
• Ensure work space is clean, safe, and in working order

Requirements

• Ability to use various hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Stand for long periods of time
• Basic mathematical skills
• Proficient in English
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Hard-working individual wanting to excel in their profession
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-starting team player with a positive attitude and good communication
• Considers attendance & punctuality a priority

Pay

Competitive wages based on experience. Monthly bonus based on performance and productivity.
