General Assembler Leadership

About the role

This is a 6‑month contract Assembler 3 position with training for a Line Lead on the 2nd shift. Based on performance, the role may convert to a full‑time employee Line Lead.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• Work within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods and adhere to quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• More than two years of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Effective communication skills understandable to co‑workers and Team Lead/Supervisor.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Proficiency with basic measurement tools, such as microscopes.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and reliable punctual attendance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.

Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods. Occasionally, the employee may need to lift or move at least 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Pay

$16‑20 per hour (2nd Shift).

Schedule

40 hours per week, 2nd shift, 6‑month contract.
