General Adult Psychiatrist | Flexible PRN Weekend Role | Virginia Beach, VA
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to adult patients in inpatient and partial hospitalization settings
- Collaborate effectively with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Manage clinical responsibilities, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up
- Accurately document all clinical care and patient interactions
Requirements
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- MD or DO from an accredited medical program
- Active and unrestricted Virginia medical license
- Minimum of four years of clinical practice or training experience with inpatient psychiatry experience
- Mets credentialing criteria required by participating physicians
