Job Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs and maintains plumbing systems at the McEntire Air National Guard Base
• Includes 70,000 linear feet of water distribution line, 45,000 linear feet of sewer line, and the installation, maintenance and repair of interior plumbing requirements for 79 facilities
• Installs and maintains showers, sinks, toilets, and lavatories
• Repairs sprinkler systems as necessary
• Changes filters, repairs separators, and changes meters as necessary

Minimum And Additional Requirements

• A high school diploma and trade experience directly related to plumbing and associated systems
• Certified in backflow prevention requirements

Additional Comments

Individual must have and maintain a valid South Carolina Driver’s license.

Must be able to climb ladders, operate equipment, work outside in extreme conditions and lift 75 pounds.
