Job Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior building finishes at multiple locations.
• Supervise and perform painting and basic carpentry duties.
• Install and apply wall finishes, trim, flooring, stairs, roofs, and other building finishes.
• Patch and prepare surfaces for finishing.
• Direct and supervise painting and carpentry personnel.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks.
• Conduct repairs to buildings and systems.
• Execute maintenance and repair work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant trades experience.
• Valid South Carolina Drivers' License.
