Responsibilities

• Perform tradesman level HVAC/R repair, maintenance, installation, and inspection
• Assist with construction projects of Mechanical and Air Conditioning/Refrigeration systems and equipment
• Coordinate a variety of repair and maintenance duties with intermediate proficiency
• Support Patients, Physicians, Visitors, External Agencies, Departmental Managers, Managers in other Departments, Employees within Department, Employees outside Department, and Vendors

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years recent experience as Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Mechanic required, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform required job duties required
• Ability to accurately review and interpret blueprints and diagrams required

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited trade school in the Air Conditioning/Refrigeration field required OR minimum of five years’ experience in the Air Conditioning/Refrigeration field required
• EPA Refrigerant Certification Type I and Type II required
• Formal HVAC/R Education and certification required
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License with a clean driving record or licensure in another state required

Pay

• Up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status

Schedule
