About the role
As a Gen AI Project Manager, you will lead project planning, execution, and delivery for GenAI platform initiatives and onboarding programs in a technology or data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for GenAI platform initiatives and onboarding programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track progress, manage risks, escalate blockers, and ensure timely delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Facilitate meetings, drive alignment, and maintain clear communication across technical and non-technical partners.
- Support onboarding of new GenAI use cases by ensuring project milestones, dependencies, and integration tasks are properly managed.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and communication artifacts.
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements in workflow, transparency, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, governance, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Strong project management experience within technology or data-driven environments.
- Full understanding of SDLC and iterative delivery models.
- Experience with Gen AI integration, data integration, and workflow management.

$65–$68 per hour
