Gemini Compliance Intern (Summer 2027)

About the role

Love's is seeking a Gemini Compliance Administrative Intern to coordinate and maintain driver Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain driver compliance files in accordance with DOT laws
• Coordinate driver drug & alcohol testing as well as DOT physical scheduling
• Maintain documentation and spreadsheets necessary for compliance reporting
• Enroll drivers into multiple training and compliance platforms
• Monitor progress of drivers through stages of hire
• Process employment verifications
• Handle all driver compliance requests from the field

Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior DOT experience preferred

Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Team player with exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail and self-motivated
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize

Physical Demands

• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision
