About the role

The GE Vernova Financial Management Program (FMP) is a two-year early career development program designed to ignite professional growth and launch careers in our finance organization. It combines four, six-month business rotation assignments with formal classroom and virtual training across finance domains, to build functional and professional skills for career development.

Responsibilities

  • Complete four, six-month rotation assignments at GE Vernova for breadth of experiences such as: Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Develop strong functional knowledge through finance training curriculum, complementing on-the-job learning.
  • Collaborate with and present to senior leaders who act as coaches and mentors throughout the program.
  • Achieve alignment with GE Vernova’s values by participating in our inclusive culture both inside the company and in the communities we serve.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred. Basic qualifications include:

  • Graduation dates: Dec 2026 or May/June 2027.
  • Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0.
  • Previous co-op or intern experience in corporate finance.
  • Understanding of business concepts/strategy.
  • Interest in the Energy industry.

Pay

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. The base pay range for this position is 77,000.00 USD annual for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree and 80,000.00 USD annual for candidates holding a Master's degree.
