Responsibilities
- Create and analyze financial models
- Help manage transaction processes
- Assist in structuring transactions
- Develop financial models
- Perform customized company valuation analysis
- Actively participate in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and fixed income and equity issuances
- Organize and prepare presentations
- Explain industry trends
- Assess clients' situations to provide financial advice
- Recommend strategies to meet client goals
- Cook up and lead deal teams of analysts and associates
- Coordinate teams of tax advisors, auditors, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions
- Lead due diligence processes
- Participate in the negotiations of legal documentation
- Preparations of internal committee presentations
- Prepare for funding
- Master’s Degree and several years of Natural Resources investment banking experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree and seven years or more of Natural Resources investment banking or equivalent experience
- Strong track record of executing M&A and financing transactions in an investment banking advisory role
- Two plus years experience in leading deal teams of analysts and associates
- History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
Qualifications
Pay
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150000-$300000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
