Responsibilities
- Create and analyze financial models.
- Help manage transaction processes.
- Assist in structuring transactions.
- Develop financial models and perform customized company valuation analysis.
- Actively participate in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and fixed income and equity issuances.
- Organize and prepare presentations explaining industry trends.
- Absorb clients' situations to provide necessary financial advice.
- Recommend strategies to meet client goals.
- Coordinate teams of tax advisors, auditors, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions.
- Lead due diligence processes and actively participate in the negotiations of legal documentation.
- Prepare internal committee presentations and fundings.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree and several years of Natural Resources investment banking experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree and seven years or more of Natural Resources (Chemicals) investment banking or equivalent experience.
- Strong track record of executing M&A and financing transactions in an investment banking advisory role.
- Two plus years experience in leading deal teams of analysts and associates.
- History of outstanding academic and professional achievement.
Pay
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150000-$300000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
