Position Overview

You will help originate and deepen client relationships, lead day-to-day deal execution, and manage teams to deliver high-quality analysis and materials. You will structure and execute transactions across M&A and capital markets, serving as a trusted client advisor and mentor to junior team members.

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree with 4+ years of investment banking experience, or bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of investment banking (or equivalent) experience
  • History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
  • Healthcare Expertise: Healthcare sector expertise across one or more of the following: Biotechnology, Diagnostics/Life Sciences, Healthcare Information Technology, Healthcare Services, Medical Devices, and Pharmaceuticals
  • Demonstrated experience executing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, as well as equity and debt financings
  • Strong track record of leading the end-to-end execution of M&A and financing transactions in an advisory role, including drafting client materials and managing diligence, valuation, and process workstreams
  • 2+ years of experience leading deal teams of analysts and associates; proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate junior talent

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $250,000-$300,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
