About the role
This position is responsible for maintaining landscaping and grounds at various locations within the community.
Responsibilities
- Maintain landscaping and grounds including planting, pruning, mowing, and weeding.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Perform routine inspections and report any issues to supervisors.
- Handle basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning equipment and tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform manual labor.
- Knowledge of basic landscaping practices and equipment operation.
