Responsibilities
- Respond to all service calls within half an hour from the time the call is received.
- Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, take immediate necessary corrective action if guest-related or top priority, or schedule for completion within 2 days, and record details on the departmental work order form.
- Follow specific departmental procedures in efficiently performing repair, maintenance, alteration, and installation work.
- Comply with the latest local, county, state, and federal governmental codes, laws, and requirements.
- Coordinate with other department personnel such as electricians, carpenters, painters, and night engineers in completing service, replacement, alteration, and new installation work.
