We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Posting text: "Halff is thrilled to announce an immediate opening for a Landscape Designer to join our dynamic Planning & Landscape Architecture team in Jacksonville, FL. You'll have the chance to collaborate with a talented group of landscape architects, planners, and other professionals, lending your skills to a diverse range of public and private projects. From park and recreation design to urban plazas, streetscapes, and large-scale planning initiatives, you'll play a key role in shaping impactful spaces. If you're eager to grow your career, contribute to exciting projects, and be part of a team where professional and personal development—including potential firm ownership—are within reach, we’d love to hear from you!" Then "What You Will Do" list. Then "What You Will Need" list. Then "The Halff Landscape Architecture Advantage" paragraph. Then "Company Overview" paragraph. Then "We Offer Excellent Benefits, Including But Not Limited To" list. Then "Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience." Then EEO boilerplate etc. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we remove EEO lines, drug screen etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph describing role. That seems appropriate. - Responsibilities: The "What You Will Do" list. - Requirements: The "What You Will Need" list (education, experience, registration, etc.) - Qualifications: Might overlap with requirements; but we can separate: maybe "Qualifications" could be the preferred qualifications like Texas registration, etc. However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we might combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But we must follow headings list; we can omit sections if no real specific content. So we need to decide which sections have real content. We have content for About the role (intro). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (education/experience). Skills (software, design skills). Benefits (list). Pay (salary statement). Schedule (maybe not present). The posting does not mention schedule (e.g., full-time, hours). So we should not create Schedule section. Qualifications: Could be considered same as Requirements; but we have separate "Requirements" and "Qualifications" headings. We could put education/experience under Requirements, and skills/software under Qualifications, or under Skills. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. Let's extract: About the role: Intro paragraph. Responsibilities: bullet list under "What You Will Do". Requirements: Education (Bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture from accredited university required). Experience (minimum 3-4 years experience in Landscape Architecture, specifically in designing projects such as parks, recreation and trail planning and design, urban parks, plazas, streetscapes, transportation enhancements, land development, and providing support for large-scale planning projects). Texas registration as a Professional Landscape Architect is preferred, or able and willing to obtain. Ability to travel periodically primarily in state to support project needs. Qualifications: Could be "Demonstrated experience preparing site analysis and conceptual design graphics/exhibits. Demonstrated experience preparing construction documents. Well organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated. Strong design and graphic skills; writing skills a plus." Might also include "Demonstrated experience with industry software applications such as AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator, Microsoft Office and Lumion. MicroStation and ArcGIS experience is a plus." Skills: Could be software list, but we already placed software under Qualifications. Perhaps better: Skills = software and technical skills. Qualifications = personal attributes and experience. Let's decide. We need to avoid duplication. Let's allocate: - Requirements: education, years experience, registration preference, travel ability. - Qualifications: demonstrated experience preparing site analysis/conceptual design graphics, preparing construction documents, well organized/detail-oriented/highly motivated, strong design/graphic skills, writing skills a plus. - Skills: demonstrated experience with industry software applications (AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Lumion), MicroStation and ArcGIS experience a plus. Benefits: list from "We Offer Excellent Benefits, Including But Not Limited To". We'll keep that list. Pay: "Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience." That's substantive but vague; however it's actual statement. We should include Pay section with that sentence. Schedule: none -> omit. We also have "The Halff Landscape Architecture Advantage" and "Company Overview". Those could be considered part of About the role or maybe separate but not in headings list. Since we only allowed those headings, we could incorporate that content into About the role (maybe as additional paragraphs). The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can merge advantage and company overview into About the role. Thus About the role will include intro paragraph, advantage paragraph, company overview paragraph. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings and appropriate

or

  • . We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO lines, drug screen, background check, etc. Also remove "Click here for a more comprehensive list of Halff's benefits" maybe? That's a link; but it's part of benefits section. The instruction: remove duplicated lines, application instructions. The "Click here for a more comprehensive list..." is maybe not essential but it's a reference; we could keep it as part of benefits? It's a link; but we are not to output markdown; we can keep as plain text? Probably better to keep the benefits list and omit the "Click here..." line as it's just a reference. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; that line is not substantive? It's a pointer to more info; maybe we can keep it as a sentence. But it's not essential; but we can keep it. We'll produce:

We must not include Schedule section. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. Check for boilerplate removed: EEO lines, drug screen, background check, etc. Not present.
