Gameday Promotions Internship

Responsibilities

• Aid in setting up and dismantling gameday promotional activities.
• Engage with fans, distribute promotional items, and run contests and giveaways.
• Execute in-game entertainment, intermission activities, and special events.
• Manage and organize promotional inventory and prize fulfillment.
• Provide excellent customer service and enhance the fan experience.
• Support the team store, Chuck-a-Puck table, and rock wall.
• Assist with game night needs and behind-the-scenes operations.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Working towards a bachelor’s degree in sport management or equivalent field (highly preferred).
• Strong interest in the sports industry, especially hockey.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective in a team environment and able to work independently.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable around large crowds.
• Available to work all Fargo Force home games, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Willing to assist with special events and community appearances with advance notice.
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
