Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous service to all guests while maintaining compliance with all company protocols, policies, and procedures
- Repair/replace parts on machinery
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Adhere to regular maintenance and cleaning schedule
- Report to your General Manager, Arcade Manager, and your Regional Game Mechanic on any major issues, parts on order, etc
Requirements
- Ability to work well as a team
- 1-2 years of previous mechanical and electrical experience
- Must have basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends & holidays
- Knowledge of basic computer functions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
