We need to strip boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove lines about applying, EEO, accommodation, etc. Also remove "Learn more." maybe not needed. Remove "Are you ready to shape your future with confidence? Apply today." etc.
We need to preserve substantive info: description of EY, NTD, TARAS, responsibilities, skills/attributes, qualifications, what we look for, what we offer, salary range.
We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe intro), Responsibilities, Requirements (qualifications), Qualifications (maybe overlapping), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We have no explicit schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states it. It does not. So omit Schedule.
Benefits: The posting mentions "We’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences. We’ll empower you in a flexible environment, and fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams." That's benefits-ish. Could be considered Benefits. Also maybe "flexible environment" etc. So we can include Benefits section with that content.
Pay: salary range $120/hr to $150/hr.
Skills: The "Skills And Attributes For Success" section includes bullet-like items: Tax Accounting Projects and Consulting, Tax Provision Preparation/Review, Process and Controls Enhancement, Key Risks Identification, Prioritization, Monitoring and Remediation. Also maybe "Strong ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 experience" etc. But those are in qualifications. We'll separate.
Requirements: maybe "To qualify for the role you must have ..." includes degree, CPA, 10 years experience, etc.
Qualifications: maybe "Ideally, you'll also have Strong ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 experience as well as experience in corporate tax planning and compliance; Relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industry with a broad exposure to federal income taxation". Could be considered Qualifications.
But we have both Requirements and Qualifications sections; we need to avoid duplication. Could combine but instructions: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include both Requirements and Qualifications if they have distinct content.
Let's extract:
About the role: introductory paragraph about EY, NTD, TARAS, mission.
Responsibilities: "Your Key Responsibilities As a Seasonal Senior Manager, you'll provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning (internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions from US GAAP to IFRS or IFRS to US GAAP, share based compensation, financial statement restatements and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts). You'll also assist companies with all aspects of their preparation of the tax provision. In addition, you'll also have the opportunity review of the tax provision process to improve efficiency and accuracy and enhance the control environment and assessing tax risk and control environments inclusive of and beyond the boundaries of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404."
We can break into bullet list.

Ideally also have: "Strong ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 experience as well as experience in corporate tax planning and compliance; Relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industry with a broad exposure to federal income taxation"
What we look for: "We seek candidates with strong tax and tax accounting knowledge, the ability to team with and motivate others, the skills to manage large engagements and build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues."

We need to ensure we don't include schedule. Now craft content. About the role paragraph: combine first few sentences: "At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.
