We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented summary. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Learn more.", "Apply today.", etc. Also remove "EY accepts applications..." etc. Also remove "For those living in California..." etc. Also remove "EY focuses on high-ethical standards..." etc. Also remove "EY | Building a better working world" etc. Also remove "EY provides equal employment opportunities..." etc. Also remove accommodation info. We need to extract substantive content: Location: Anywhere in Country (maybe not needed as heading; could be in a paragraph). The location is "Anywhere in Country". Could be included in a short paragraph. Then the intro: "At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence. We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go. Join EY and help to build a better working world." That's about the role? Could be "About the role". Then description of EY's National Tax Department (NTD) and TARAS practice. That's also about the role. Then "Your Key Responsibilities As a Seasonal Senior Manager, you'll provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning (internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions from US GAAP to IFRS or IFRS to US GAAP, share based compensation, financial statement restatements and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts). You'll also assist companies with all aspects of their preparation of the tax provision. In addition, you'll also have the opportunity review of the tax provision process to improve efficiency and accuracy and enhance the control environment and assessing tax risk and control environments inclusive of and beyond the boundaries of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404." That's responsibilities. Then "Skills And Attributes For Success Tax Accounting Projects and Consulting Tax Provision Preparation/Review ' assist companies with all aspects of their preparation of the tax provision Process and Controls Enhancement Key Risks Identification, Prioritization, Monitoring and Remediation" That's weird formatting; seems like bullet list but missing bullet points. We'll treat as list items: Tax Accounting Projects and Consulting, Tax Provision Preparation/Review, Process and Controls Enhancement, Key Risks Identification, Prioritization, Monitoring and Remediation. Then "To qualify for the role you must have A bachelor's degree in a related field, supported by significant tax or legal experience; MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership Minimum of 10 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal; problem-solving ability and attention to detail Ideally, you'll also have Strong ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 experience as well as experience in corporate tax planning and compliance; Relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industry with a broad exposure to federal income taxation" That's qualifications/requirements. Then "What we look for We seek candidates with strong tax and tax accounting knowledge, the ability to team with and motivate others, the skills to manage large engagements and build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues." That's maybe skills/attributes. Then "What We Offer You At EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences. We’ll empower you in a flexible environment, and fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams." That's benefits. Then "The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography." That's Pay. Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule section. Also we might include a short paragraph for location and maybe a brief intro. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's structure:

Pay

The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

We should not include Schedule. Also we might combine "Skills And Attributes For Success" and "What we look for" maybe but they are distinct. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we have many sections; maybe we can merge some. However we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They gave examples of headings. We can use those exact headings. They said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those headings exactly, not custom ones like "Skills and Attributes for Success" or "What we look for". We need to map content to those headings. Thus we need to decide which content goes under which heading. - About the role: intro and description of EY, NTD, TARAS. - Responsibilities: the bullet list of duties. - Requirements: maybe the qualifications (degree, CPA, years experience, etc.)? Or Requirements could be the mandatory qualifications. - Qualifications: maybe the preferred qualifications (MST, etc.)? But we have overlapping. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications (preferred) as separate if both have content. Or we could merge them into one section called Requirements (or Qualifications). However they gave both as possible headings; we can use both if we have distinct content. Let's parse: Mandatory: "To qualify for the role you must have A bachelor's degree in a related field, supported by significant tax or legal experience; MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred Valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active state bar membership Minimum of 10 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal; problem-solving ability and attention to detail" Preferred/Ideal: "Ideally, you'll also have Strong ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 experience as well as experience in corporate tax planning and compliance; Relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industry with a broad exposure to federal income taxation" Also "What we look for" is about soft skills: strong tax and tax accounting knowledge, ability to team, manage large engagements, build relationships. "Skills And Attributes For Success" list: Tax Accounting Projects and Consulting, Tax Provision Preparation/Review, Process and Controls Enhancement, Key Risks Identification, Prioritization, Monitoring and Remediation. Thus we could map: - About the role: intro. - Responsibilities: duties. - Requirements: mandatory qualifications (degree, CPA, years experience, federal income taxation, analytical skills, etc.) - Qualifications: preferred qualifications (ASC 740/IAS 12, corporate tax planning, relevant tax experience) - Skills: the "Skills And Attributes For Success" list (maybe also "What we look for" could be part of Skills or separate). But we have Skills heading; we could put the list there. - Benefits: "What We Offer You" paragraph. - Pay: salary range. - Schedule: not present, so omit. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat content. Let's extract exact sentences. About the role: combine first paragraph and description. Let's craft:
