FWS - Esports Lab Assistant

About the role

The Esports Lab Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Varsity Esports teams at Post University.

Schedule & location

• 10–20 hours per week
• Location: Post University – Main Campus – Drubner Athletic Building Esports Lab
• Supervisor: Jonathan Martin, Esports Coordinator
• Seasonal opportunity with a start date as soon as possible

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Greet those who enter the esports lab, ensuring only authorized people enter
• Ensure that visitors to the esports lab properly sign in
• Ensure that all University-owned esports lab equipment stays in the esports lab
• Report defective esports equipment, peripherals, and furniture to the Esports Coordinator
• Enforce the esports lab rules
• Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be a current student at Post University eligible for Federal Work Study
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively with department associates, University students, and guests
• Strong time management and organizational skills
