About the role
The Esports Lab Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Varsity Esports teams at Post University.
Schedule & location
- 10–20 hours per week
- Location: Post University – Main Campus – Drubner Athletic Building Esports Lab
- Supervisor: Jonathan Martin, Esports Coordinator
- Seasonal opportunity with a start date as soon as possible
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Greet those who enter the esports lab, ensuring only authorized people enter
- Ensure that visitors to the esports lab properly sign in
- Ensure that all University-owned esports lab equipment stays in the esports lab
- Report defective esports equipment, peripherals, and furniture to the Esports Coordinator
- Enforce the esports lab rules
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be a current student at Post University eligible for Federal Work Study
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively with department associates, University students, and guests
- Strong time management and organizational skills
