Esports Program Assistant, Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the broadcast and production of Esports Program streams, promotions, and other marketing material
• Aids in the development of promotional and program content for use with Discord, social media, and other platforms
• Aids in the facilitation of virtual and in-person esports events and informational opportunities

Requirements

• Six (6) months of relevant customer service work experience or at least one (1) year of student employment experience with a focus on Esports

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field preferred

Skills

• Knowledge of broadcast software (OBS, vMix, DAW)
• Experience in graphic design (Adobe Suite)
• Experience in broadcast hardware, specifically the MixerProFXv3
• Experience in streaming and podcast management (StreamDeck, transitions, etc.)
• Proficiency with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite)
• Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management, and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette

Pay

Proposed Salary: $15.00 per hour
