About the Role

Join Milestone Logistics Associates are key players in powering the backbone of cutting-edge Data Centers! You’ll be responsible for efficiently moving essential parts using advanced technology and equipment, while playing a vital role in keeping critical operations running smoothly and seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to ensure accurate, timely, and safe movement of inventory using various equipment
• Maintain strict inventory control through accurate system transactions and adherence to safety protocols
• Commit to quality, safety, and efficiency while aligning with Milestone's core values of urgency, collaboration, and respect

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, with minimum 1 year of experience in operations or material handling
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing changing priorities effectively
• Strong inventory control skills, workplace safety knowledge, and proficiency with computer and mobile devices
• Positive attitude, excellent communication, and customer service skills; forklift or pallet jack experience preferred

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related operational roles
• Proficiency in Windows programs, effective communication skills, and ability to manage priorities independently and in teams
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices, inventory control, and ability to work in a physical labor environment
• Positive attitude, flexibility, ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
