Future Licensed Massage Therapist - FT/PT

Responsibilities

• Customize massage experiences for each guest
• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy
• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths
• Help guests feel restored, balanced, and elevated – every time they visit

Qualifications

• Current state license to perform massage therapy
• Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required
• Pass background checks
• Capable of performing full-body 50-minute massage services
• A passion for wellness, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest care
• Excellent at guest communication

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

6–8-hour shifts for FT/PT
Minimum one to two-weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday or Sunday any combination)
1-2 evening shifts required
28-40 hours a week is required for FT
27 hours or less for PT
