Compensation Package

Average total compensation of $80,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours/week. Base rate of $28 to $32 per 50-minute per massage. Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price. The average tip for our base service is $20-$30, and it increases with upgrades.
