About the role
Hand and Stone McDonough is looking for talented Licensed Massage Therapists to deliver personalized treatment plans, create a welcoming client experience, and participate in ongoing training.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance
- Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
- Follow the “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars
Requirements
- Active Massage Therapy license

Pay
Average total compensation of $75,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours per week.
- Base rate of $26 to $30 per 50-minute massage
- Tips average 18% to 25% of the non-member price (average tip for base service is $20–$30, increasing with upgrades)
