Responsibilities

• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy
• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths
• Help guests feel restored, balanced, and elevated – every time they visit

Requirements

• Current state license to perform massage therapy
• Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required
• Pass background checks
• Capable of performing full-body 50-minute massage services

• A passion for wellness, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest care
• Excellent at guest communication

Pay

Competitive Pay includes tips, commission, and bonus opportunities

Schedule

• 6–8-hour shifts for Full-Time (FT)
• Minimum one to two-weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday or Sunday any combination)
• 2-3 evening shifts required for Full-Time (FT)
• 28-40 hours a week is required for Full-Time (FT)
• 27 hours or less for Part-Time (PT)
• Days and evening shifts available
