About the role
Our Sales people are the growth drivers of our business. Account Managers are at the heart of our mission, responsible for renewing our existing client base and acting as an entrepreneur to uncover new business by cross-selling into new divisions of existing customers. Account Managers bring broad operational knowledge across departments while building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing accounts, and ensuring projects and services align with business goals. At ZoomInfo, we support multiple segments including: Small-Market, Mid-Market, Enterprise, Strategic, and Leadership.
Responsibilities
Account Managers are responsible for:
- Renewing existing client accounts
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing customer divisions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Overseeing account management and project services
- Aligning projects and services with business goals
Requirements
Requirements for this role include:
- Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Experience in sales or related field
- Broad operational knowledge across departments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects
Qualifications
Qualifications for this position are:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Industry: Experience in the technology industry is a plus
