Furnace Tech Level 1 (Weekend Shift 3rd Shift)
Position Summary
Level One: Applies mechanical and electrical theory and related knowledge to monitor, repair, and maintain all functions of the forge and heat treat furnaces by performing the following duties with minimal supervision.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate forge and heat treat furnaces
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Maintain furnace systems to ensure optimal performance
Required Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical theory
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
- Hands-on experience with furnace maintenance
